It was an exciting opportunity to bring some iconic Disney characters to life on the Westend. Our work was praised for bringing the animals in the show to life and for its overall design.
The Stitches and Glue team created a huge array of puppets for the show:
Fluorescent fish puppets for the underwater lagoon scene.
Large puppets of animals such as a lion and a bear for scenes on the magical island.
Transforming characters into rabbits using ingenious animated puppets.
Norton, A large mechanised "goblin fish" The MC of the underwater ballroom.
Angela the mechanical secretary bird.
